02 About Locallya

Locallya is a local discovery platform that helps people find restaurants, cafes, hotels, shops, services, and other local businesses. Locallya provides a directory of businesses, along with business details, photos, menus, services, and aggregated information for the purpose of local discovery.

Locallya is not a booking, ordering, or payment service. We do not handle reservations, deliveries, or transactions between you and any listed business unless explicitly stated.

03 Use of the Website

You agree to use Locallya only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service. When using Locallya you agree:

• Not to use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
• Not to scrape, harvest, or copy listings or content in bulk without our written permission
• To respect the intellectual property rights of Locallya, businesses, and other users

04 Business Listings

Business listings on Locallya may include public information about a business, such as:

• Business name, brand, and category
• Address, geographic coordinates, and map location
• Phone number, website, and email address (where provided)
• Opening hours, services, amenities, and price level
• Menus, products, dishes, prices, dietary tags
• Photos of the establishment, products, food, or services
• Aggregated ratings and review highlights

Locallya curates and may edit listings to maintain consistency and clarity. Business owners may claim a listing to manage it themselves.

05 User Submissions

When you submit content to Locallya — including business information, photos, menu items, comments, corrections, or messages — you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the rights, permissions, or licenses required to share the content
• You grant Locallya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, translate, and adapt the content for the purpose of operating the platform
• You will not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or violates the rights of others

Locallya reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or refuse any submission at its discretion.

06 Accuracy of Information

Locallya strives to provide useful and reasonably accurate business information. However, business details — including hours, prices, menus, services, contact information, and availability — may change at any time, often without notice to us.

• Use Locallya to harass, abuse, or harm another person or business
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to interfere with the Service
• Interfere with the security or proper operation of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our consent
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Locallya content without permission

08 Intellectual Property

All content on Locallya — including text, graphics, logos, icons, layouts, software, and the overall design — is owned by Locallya or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and share Locallya content for personal, non-commercial use as long as you do not modify, remove copyright notices, or use it in a way that misrepresents Locallya. For other uses, please contact us.

Business names, logos, and trademarks shown on listings remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the business.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event will Locallya's aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Locallya in the past twelve months, or (b) one hundred US dollars.

14 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service immediately cease.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Terms) shall continue to apply.

15 Governing Terms

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Locallya's place of operation, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Where local consumer-protection laws grant users mandatory rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.

We will work in good faith to address the matter within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be brought exclusively before the courts of competent jurisdiction at Locallya's principal place of business, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if that is not possible, severed from these Terms. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms referenced within the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Locallya regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
