For business owners

Help for business owners

Five common tasks. Start with adding or claiming — the rest follow naturally.

Add your business

Submit a free listing with business name, category, location, and contact info. Reviewed before publishing.

Claim your listing

Verify ownership of an existing listing to manage your business information directly.

Update contact details

Keep phone, email, and website up to date so customers reach you on the first try.

Add menu, services, products, or amenities

Once claimed, you can show what you actually offer — by category.

Keep hours accurate

Stale hours are the most common listing complaint. Update them every time they change.

Add photos that look like the place

Storefront, interior, signature dishes or products — a few good photos go a long way.

Reviews & trust

Help with reviews

If you're writing, responding to, or reporting a review — the review guidelines page covers the most common questions.

  • How to write helpful reviews. Be specific, share your real experience, mention practical details.
  • What reviews are not allowed. Fake reviews, hate speech, private info, spam — among others.
  • How to report review issues. Spam, fake reviews, abuse, conflicts of interest.
  • How businesses should handle reviews. Respond respectfully, don't pressure customers, don't offer misleading incentives.

Quick tip. The single best thing you can include in a review is what you ordered or used and when you visited. That gives readers something to act on, and gives the business something to learn from.

Reporting. Use the report link on any review, or contact us with the listing URL and the issue. We aim to look at reports within a few working days.
