Quick tip. The single best thing you can include in a review is what you ordered or used and when you visited. That gives readers something to act on, and gives the business something to learn from.
Reporting. Use the report link on any review, or contact us with the listing URL and the issue. We aim to look at reports within a few working days.

Use the Add Business form — it's free, takes a few minutes, and your listing is reviewed before publishing.
Open Claim Business and submit the claim form with your role and business email. We may verify ownership before approving.
Anyone can suggest an update through Update Listing. Eligible updates may be applied after review.
On Update Listing, choose "Duplicate listing" and include both URLs in the notes. We'll merge or remove the duplicate.
Use the Categories page or browse by country / city. Search lets you combine both with filters.
Use the Contact page — your message routes to the right team (editorial, business, privacy, or general support).
